Plans get higher

Better you lift the curtain

I want to see the rains

Kept in covers of worries

Let unfold the blood stains

I hid behind walls of shadows

In wounds of self-disdain

See, it’s all flooded here now

Let’s scrub out the sin

Storm’s growing wilder

Clouds turning thicker

Skin pales dryer

Plans get higher

Do receive our transporters

Knocking at the door

I’d like to say hello

Before our journey down the shore

I hid behind walls of shadows

In wounds of self-disdain

See, it’s all flooded here now

Let’s scrub out the sin

Storm’s growing wilder

Clouds turning thicker

Skin pales dryer

Plan gets higher

The times in life when one feels overwhelmingly flooded with circumstantial downers. As an independent artist, the wave of COVID and its rippling impacts on all aspects of family relations inspired me to think of this song. Such situations can be tough; however, they can also be seen as reminders from the supreme soul to be aware of the presence of our conscience, which is nothing but the reflection of the supreme soul itself.

Love,

Subhrojyoti
